What happens in your first visit

You meet one-on-one with Dr. Ashley Aguero, DC. We go through your history and training, look at how you move, and treat you the same day — which may include a chiropractic adjustment, sports myofascial work, or both. You leave with movement recommendations based on your presentation, training demands, and goals. The approach throughout is figuring out what's contributing to the problem and then choosing the tool that fits.

Who should start here

Anyone new to ELATE. Anyone experiencing pain, stiffness, or an injury they haven't had assessed. Anyone who isn't sure which service they need. If you're looking for a shorter, focused adjustment visit, the standalone Chiropractic Adjustment may be a better fit.
