Normatec Compression Recovery in San Diego

Normatec is a compression recovery tool we offer at ELATE in North Park, San Diego. Sleeves placed on the legs (or arms) inflate in waves of dynamic air compression designed to temporarily increase local circulation and support recovery between training sessions.

What to expect

You sit back while the sleeves inflate and release in a steady rhythm, usually for 15 to 30 minutes. Most people find it relaxing and use it as a reset at the end of a session or after a hard week of training.
